Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, perfect condition. Please ensure your return package is free of any previous shipping or tracking labels. Returns that do not meet these conditions or are sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Initiating a Return

To start the process, please contact support@jiyuessence.com with your name and order number. We will then provide you with specific return instructions.

If you are reporting a damaged or defective product, please include clear photos of the item in your email so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, you are responsible for selecting and funding your own shipping method. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as Jiyu is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. You will be reimbursed for the full amount paid, including the original delivery costs (return shipping costs are excluded). For security purposes, refunds will strictly be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
