If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, perfect condition. Please ensure your return package is free of any previous shipping or tracking labels. Returns that do not meet these conditions or are sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Initiating a Return
To start the process, please contact support@jiyuessence.com with your name and order number. We will then provide you with specific return instructions.
If you are reporting a damaged or defective product, please include clear photos of the item in your email so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, you are responsible for selecting and funding your own shipping method. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as JIYU is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 days. You will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the returned product. Please note that original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective. For security purposes, refunds will strictly be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
