All JIYU orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
We currently offer direct delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan. To ensure a seamless experience, we manage all customs clearance and pre-pay any import duties. The price you see at checkout is final, with no hidden fees upon arrival.
United States & United Kingdom
We provide complimentary Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) on all orders over $100. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $10 applies. Should you require expedited service, Express Shipping (3–5 business days via DHL or FedEx) is available for a flat rate of $38.
Japan
For deliveries to Japan, we partner with Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport to ensure your order arrives within 3–5 business days. Standard Shipping is complimentary on orders over ¥15,000, while a flat rate of ¥900 applies to orders below this threshold.
